**SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO SHIPPING POLICY: Please note we do not offer free shipping for Original Bogg® Bags or Baby Bogg® Bags as they are both considered "oversized items."
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy. If you find your purchase is not the right item for you, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Jimmy's does not issue return labels.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our support team here for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges Criteria
- Original packaging with tags still attached
- Returned in the same new, unused condition as received
Orders that don't meet these criteria aren't eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Process
- Add your order # to the front of your return package to ensure smooth processing.
- Mail your return to us using the format and address below:

Exchange Process
- Please reference your order number on the front of the package.
- Leave a note inside with your order number and the color/size item you’d like to exchange it for, along with your name, shipping address, email, and phone number. While we do not offer a return label, we do cover the cost of shipping the new item out to you.
